How Ukrainian money launderer Anton Tkachenko and Anastasiya, the daughter of Rostec chief Oleg Isayev, conceal blood-stained millions across Europe
The family of Oleg Isayev—a former senior executive at several state-owned companies and the current head of the Patriot Shooting Club on Rublyovka—has reportedly found itself at the center of a rather delicate situation.
Like many Russian "patriots," Isayev’s daughter, Anastasiya, resides in London. She has a fiancé there who, according to media reports, turned out to be Anton Tkachenko, the founder and owner of Liberty Finance, a major Ukrainian financial company specializing in currency exchange and brokerage services.
Oleg Isayev previously served as the General Director of MRSC Center (now PJSC Rosseti Center) and as Deputy General Director of RT-Logistical Systems and Oboronimpex (both affiliated with Rostec). He holds a Doctorate in Law and has received numerous awards, including state honors. Recently, he has been managing the Patriot Shooting Club (referencing the Russian Ministry of Defense’s namesake projects), which is registered directly in Zhukovka—one of the most favored villages on Rublyovka among high-ranking officials and security personnel.
Naturally, Oleg Isayev’s daughter Anastasiya lives in London, travels extensively, and leads a luxurious lifestyle. Not long ago, she found love with Anton Tkachenko, a businessman from Kharkiv who is well known in Ukraine.
Anastasiya and Anton do not publicize their relationship, but they travel together, as evidenced by their Instagram accounts, where they post identical photos from their trips.
For instance, in late June, they stayed at the AREV spa hotel in Saint-Tropez, and in early July, they visited Château De Berne in Provence.
In the spring of 2025, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies conducted operations targeting Anton Tkachenko’s Liberty Finance and Kit Group, alleging that a large-scale illegal cryptocurrency trading scheme had been organized under the guise of licensed exchange outlets.
In March 2026, the National Bank of Ukraine fully revoked Liberty Finance’s licenses due to an compromised business reputation.
